Corporate Officers

 
  • Alexis Dimouro
    Founder and Executive Director

    Alexis has had a passion for not only helping but empowering those in need since she was a young girl. She is a mother of 4 and grandmother of 8. Her mother led by example volunteering in the School as the Volunteer Coordinator, at Church teaching CCD, and as a Eucharistic Minister, bringing communion to those unable to come to church, with Girl Scouts, Y Indian Guides, with Meals on Wheels, which Alexis often tagged along. Alexis has carried this with her into her adult life supporting Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, volunteering in her children’s schools, as Editor of the Newsletter, special activities like Grace Art, Fitness Olympics, even School Nurse, and leading the Silent Auctions for fundraising annually…., supporting local youth sports as Cheer Coach, Concession Stand Coordinator, and Team Mom. Later she created a Mentorship program for her local trade association chapter, today she leads DMV Giving Network at her place of employment and participates in the Mentorship program along with her daily work responsibilities.

I have dreamt of starting Angel Warriors for years, to arm and empower women and children in crisis with the tools they need for success and to break the cycle. I am so excited to finally be on this journey and watch it grow.

  • Cathi Golmon

    Treasurer

    Cathi has lived in Prince William County, in the Town of Haymarket, for 30+ years. She is a mother of 2 and grandmother of 2, where she has supported and volunteered in her community with youth sports, her children’s schools, and anywhere else she was needed. Cathi has an extensive background in accounting and worked in this field for more than 30 years. She enjoys time with family and friends at the beach and at home, music events, and solving puzzles. Pride in her community and wanting to support those in need drives her to support Angel Warriors!

  • Eileen Kearns

    Secretary

    Eileen has lived in Prince William County for 25 years. She is a mother of 1 daughter. She has supported and volunteered in her community with youth sports, daughter’s schools, and anywhere else she was needed.

    Eileen has a passion for horses, music, and people. She been in the Government Sales field for many years, and she strives to make a difference for others both at work and in her community.

  • Jenna Hamilton

    Marketing and Communications Officer

    Jenna has lived in Virginia all of her life, attending schools in Warrenton, Fairfax, and then received her B.S. in Business Management from George Mason University.

    Jenna is a former Division I college soccer player, which has helped foster her passion for teamwork and community.

    She has worked in the Marketing industry since graduating in 2018.

 

On-Going Volunteer Positions

 
  • Person to recruit and schedule volunteers for regular daily activities as well as special events. This position is a board member with voting privileges.

    Requirements include: detail oriented and excellent communication skills. Bi-lingual Preferred - Spanish and other languages.

  • Person to support Marketing / Communications Officer with fundraising ideas for daily activities as well as special events.

    Will support with brainstorming ideas through execution. Requirements include A creative mind and with the grit to see it through.

  • Person to support Treasurer and Founder/Executive Officer with compliance laws, and regulations.

    Will help to research different regulations for special events, daily activities, and all operational tasks.

    Requirements include: attention to detail, can do attitude, knowledge of community.

  • Person (s) to refer women and families in need to our boutique for shopping.

    Many different agencies come across women and children in need. Whether it is shelters, permanent supportive and transitional housing programs, government agencies, human service, domestic violence and human trafficking programs, schools, medical facilities, low-income job training programs and faith-based organizations.
